EXT air pumps have been designed following the most advanced techniques to be able to suck in and pump very high-density products. Combined with the Rams, they can extrude fats, silicones, thick pastes, etc…
They are ideal in the automotive industry for sealing car bodies with silicones, in the food industry, in the shipbuilding industry, and for any other extrusion needs.
Performances
EXT has a flow rate of 10 lt/min and with different air engines can be supplied with 13:1 or 35:1 compression ratios. According to requirements, it can be combined with the 30-ltr Ram. For small drums or at the 200-ltr Ram. For large stems. It is possible to extrude products of more than 100,000 centipois.
Technical features
The air motors used are the fast-reversing type patented by Taiver. They do not require lubrication and are not subject to frost. The pumping part is the double-chamber type with a spoon, so it is suitable for vacuuming even very high-density paste products. Upon request, the pump part can be supplied in the anti-acid version. There are 2 models: one with a 13:1 ratio, the other with a 35:1 ratio.
