NEUS is a professional airless gun, manual or automatic control, for spraying the internal surface of pipes. This gun is able to spray the inside of tubes having a minimum diameter of 450 mm up to a maximum of 800 mm (on request: max 1.200 mm diameter and over). The spraying of the material takes place via airless system (hydraulic pressure) thanks to a pneumatic swivel head rotating at 360 ° equipped with a airless spray nozzle . Pneus has a rotating pneumatic motor inside that allows continuous rotation of the nozzle, ensuring complete painting of the inner surface of the pipe. It is possible to adjust, according to the need of spraying, the speed of rotation (10 to 100 RPM).
