IP 281 ABRASPRAY is the airless pneumatic pump, TAIVER patented, with revolutionary peculiarities. The product to spray is never in contact with pistons and packings. This new technology allows to spray also very abrasive paints, which normally damage the traditional airless units. IP 281 ABRASPRAY is ideal in the metal industry for spraying inorganic zinc products (also water-based products), in the ceramic industry for spraying glass powder charged or quartz powder products.

The Airless system allows a big reduction of overspray with three important advantages: paint saving, high working speed, envirenmental protection.
 
Construction specifications:
IP 281 ABRASPRAY has revolutionized the traditional airless pumps system. Thanks to the ABRASPRAY system, the product is never in contact with pistons or packings. Only the tungten carbide valves are in contact with the abrasive product. The pneumatic motor, instant volumetric reversal, Taiver patented, has no ice problems and works without lubrication.
